Prices are "starting from" figures for Phase 1 release. Premium plots (water-channel frontage, fairway views, corner units) carry a typical premium of 5–15%. All figures exclude DLD/Oqood registration fees (~4%) and standard government transfer charges.

Payment Structure

40% During Construction. 60% on Handover.

The Hudayriyat Golf Estates payment plan is among the most investor-friendly off-plan structures in Abu Dhabi. You commit only 40% of the price during the 4-year construction period — the remaining 60% is due at handover in March 2030.

For a 3-bedroom townhome at AED 4.25M, that means AED 1.7M total over four years before keys are handed over. The schedule breaks into a 5% down payment plus seven 5% installments roughly every six months.
